1Does the packaging size accurate ?
Please pay attention to: size, internal usable space, bag making method, hanging holes, vent holes, edge size, and other details, once confirmed, will arrange production. Size will have +- 1-2 mm deviation, if the required size is very accurate, please let us know.
2Is the packaging printed color same as final preview ?
about the color difference between the actual printing effect and computer screen display there is a color difference. Picture in the computer screen is RGB color mode display, the color is brighter, and the printed color mode is CMYK, color mode is different, a little color is normal, and the printed color will be affected by the strength of the paper and light source. So the actual printing effect and computer screen display effect will have a slightly color difference

3Why same file different batches logo color slightly different ?
In the printing process, ink drying speed will be affected by the temperature, humidity and other surrounding environment, so different batches of printing will be different due to different time periods in the printing workshop, environment changes, furthermore due to the use of cylinder printing, the same artwork might be slightly different.

4Why the produced packaging quantity is not same as I have ordered ?
Bag producing processes include: blow molding – cylinder making – printing – composite – drying – bag – finished product – quality inspection – packaging – out for delivery. For example, you order 100,000pcs bags, we need to prepare 110,000pcs material production, production process, printing waste, cut bag waste a little bit, compound and waste a little bit, quality inspection will be a little less, the last package, so the actual quantity is very difficult to control, can not make it 100% accurate, the specific deviation refers to the following range data.
- 10,000 PCS: +- 40%
- 20,000 PCS: +- 20%
- 30,000 PCS: +- 10%
- 50,000 PCS – 100,000 PCS: +- 5%
- 300,000 PCS: +- 3%
5How about the lead time ?
Unprinted custom order products about 4-5 weeksprinting products delivery period of about 5-7 weeksMeanwhile, it depends on the distance of your location from our warehouse and on the carrier that you selected. The level of carrier service can also have a direct bearing on delivery.note: if encountered in particular urgency, because production sometimes encountered power outages, machines trouble shoots, or any other issue which is out of our control, your order might be further delayed by a few days.
6Can I request for compensation ?
Only condition as listed below can request for compensation
- Bag is broken
- The printed content is different from final preview
- Size different from final confirmation.
- Color printing (e.g., errors such as red printing black)
- Material different.
- Different type of packaging
7Does HAIN Packaging have a minimum order?
Yes, Silk Printing plastic bag minimum order quantity is 1000 for one logo, however the size of the plastic bag can be mixed, maximum 2 sizes (500pcs each size).
8How about the payment terms?
Customers need to pay at least 70% of deposit upon confirming order customized product. The balance payment upon delivery products.

10What if I am not satisfied with the logo design?
We follow customers requirements to do the design work, and send customer preview after complete, based on customer feedback to do modification until customer is satisfied.Maximum THREE (3) amendments allowed for the artwork. 4th amendment onward will be charged RM 50 per amendment.Maksimum TIGA (3) kali pindaan sahaja dibenarkan untuk hasil rekaan yang diberi. Kali keempat dan seterusnya akan dicaj RM 50 untuk setiap pindaan.
11Can I get a sample before confirm order?
Yes, on some stock items. Most samples are free. A nominal shipping charge, however, will apply. Certain items are excluded from our sample program.
12Does HAIN Packaging have a return policy?
Yes. A ready stock product can be returned. However, customized products are strictly no return after confirming the production.
13Is there a “delivery & handling” charge added to my order?
We have a handling and materials charge of RM 5.00 per order on shipments and deliveries.
14What are your office hours?
