Step 1: Free Consultation — Tell Us About Your Product

The right packaging starts with the right conversation. Before we recommend anything, we need to understand:

• What are you packaging? (solid food, liquid, powder, frozen goods?)
• What barrier properties do you need? (moisture, oxygen, UV protection?)
• What’s your target market? (premium retail, mass market, export?)
• What’s your budget and order quantity?

Step 2: Material & Design Recommendation

Step 4: Sample & Approval

We produce a physical sample so you can check the material, print quality, and fit before committing to full production. Samples are available for a nominal fee (refundable against bulk orders).

You can request samples for multiple pouch types to compare options. Most sample orders ship within 5–7 business days.

Step 5: Production & Delivery

Once approved, production typically takes 14–21 working days depending on order complexity and quantity. We deliver nationwide across Malaysia, including:

• Kuala Lumpur & Selangor — direct delivery available
• Penang, Johor, Malacca & other states — courier or freight forwarding arranged

All packaging comes with quality certification (ISO, Halal where applicable) and complies with Malaysia food safety regulations.
